Answer. The typical answer is 30 days but if you are in a hurry a successful auction can be done is as little as 2 weeks.

Question. How much money do I pay up front to get my auction started?
Answer. Zero. We pay for advertising, flyers, setup, tables, chairs, tents, Porta John, etc, etc..

Question. How much is your auctioneer commission?
Answer. Our rates are the best in the business, as low as 5% and even less for Real Estate.

Question. How do I know if my items are right for an auction?
Answer. We would be happy to evaluate your assets and give you our honest professional opinion. And don't worry we refuse to use any high pressure sales tactics.

Question. Do I have to set-up the auction myself?
Answer. No. From set-up to clean up we take care of everything.

Question. How will you advertise market my auction?
Answer. Our aggressive marketing system includes, classified advertising, display advertising, direct mailers, flyers, email, internet and more.

Question. How much will my items sell for?
Answer. Most clients are surprised to see their items get full retail prices and more!

Question. When will I get paid?
Answer. Payment is made immediately along with a detailed ledger of all items sold.
